You can also use the "Enter" key for "OK" and "Command-." for "Cancel."
I understand it is technically an OS bug but it seems to only afflict
Finale -- not any other app I own. I am not sure why this is but I
have gotten used to using those shortcuts.

Click the title bar of the db after you click the button. This is
Apple's fault not MM's this time. It's an OS bug that Apple
acknowledged. Dunno when it'll be fixed.

Finale 2008 is so buggy I asked MakeMusic my money back or a free
upgrade. They never answered me. I've been using Finale since
version 2, paid a lot of money in upgrades. I am angry at
MakeMusic. I bought a defective product, I think they should
replace it with a good one,or give me a refund, like when you buy a
defective radio... TV... but no, they couldn't care less, as long
as lots of people keep buying their lousy and useless upgrades. I
felt cheated and switched to Sibelius. I'll never buy another
Finale upgrade. However, I still have lots of music written in
Finale which I need to edit. So, here's one of the bugs I am trying
to avoid:
Very often the OK and Cancel buttons do not respond to mouse or
trackpad clicks on my Macbook (OS 10.5.6). Is this a common bug? Is
there a way to avoid it? Something I shouldn't do? Drives me
nuts., if anyone has a suggestion, I am listening. Thank you.
