happened? In scroll view the music looks fine, like any other document.
Updating layout may do the trick; if not, select the staff tool, and
check the options under "staff usage", and "respace staves". Third
possibility is perhaps the page layout; might the system be so large
that it won't fit on the first page, and the music you anticipate seeing
on the first page has been shoved back to the second. In this case,
adjusting system margins will be the answer.
