I see the bass staff with all the music.
Still in page view, I add a new staff.
The new staff does not show (still in page view). Only the original bass staff
shows, as if I had not added a new staff.
I switch to scroll view and I can see both staves now. The bass and the newly
created one.
Swith back to page view - I see only the bass staff.
Back to scroll view, I delete the bass staff - now I see only the new staff in
scroll view. The bass staff is gone, as expected.
Back to Page view - I see a blank page!

It's the only file in the directory. Try adding a new staff to it.

I don't know what causes this, but I can resolve it with the Staff List
Manager in TGTools. Check both staves in the first system and copy it to
all following systems. (Check the unchecked tick box and vice versa.)
