The fink package description was based on the file on the master site (the pacakge "homepage"). I just checked and it's still in agreement. http://www.ping.de/~flori/ruby/programs/ruby/term-ansicolor-0.0.2.tgz is a 9352-byte file with MD5 027e0ee9fb7213f3b8443d51c2666fa3. So it sounds like fink's mirror is what's broken. What happens if you download from the master instead of a mirror?
