Ok, but I myself had much more problems needing to installing CRTs (sometimes more than one with snapshots) to run Firebird. I myself still have a lot of problems every time I need to initialize the security database specially in Windows. Others agree and that still is not resolved from a long time. In your words "Firebird was destroyed" by someone. I myself never was able to do a trace. Ok, I'm dumb, the process and documentation should be "good" then. Well, you built ICU, maybe you can built it as statically library and solve the problem. The same way you did with tommath. Then our poor users will copy two files instead of more than two.
