Well, you built ICU, maybe you can built it as statically library and solve the problem. The same way you did with tommath. Then our poor users will copy two files instead of more than two.
You trying to speculate on other issues to hide current one. It will not work. Issue will not disappear. So, all you can think on is to link fbclient with ICU statically ? You know it will not work without change a way of how ICU is loaded by the (i don't know how much number of) other pieces of code. Should i stop to ask you to think on this because you unable to accept and fix own mistakes ?
