Not exactly the place you want to have a vibration. The wheel balanced out, but the rim was slightly bent. The guy at the Harley Dealership said that you could get an egg to balance if you put enough weight on one side, but it still want roll worth a crap. True.

Many years ago I had a vibration problem that turned out to be an out of round wheel. It took quite a long time to track it down. The tire people I dealt with at the time claimed to fix it by "truing" the tire (shaving off the high spot). It wasn't found until I had the tires dismounted and checked all the rims for runout. Once the wheel was replaced, the problem was solved.
