First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... I am running 50-50 antifreeze and am sure the gauge is very close to being right on. I see when the thermostat opens at 185 degrees and prior to adding the panels, air dam, and a temperature gauge, the coolant would be gurgling or boiling when I would shut the engine off. Now it does not boil so the panels and the air dam have helped. As far as if the shroud would fit the 4 tube reproduction, I believe it would as my shroud already has an extra hole at the top mount to move it back for the thicker radiator. I don't know if the shroud would fit the BeCool aluminum. I would expect to have to do some fabrication of brackets but I'd hate to have to cut up the shroud. Steve
