Have you looked at the Griffen aluminum radiators. I'm running one in my 
462. Runs 180 anytime I'm moving, does start to creep into the 200 range in 
stop and go.

Jim, The major problem is on the highway at 50 + mph when it gets to 235 
degrees.  Around town, stop and go, it generally stays under 215 degrees. 
Not good but acceptable.
