I haven't, but my car came front disc option... re having rear discs...yeah ,its cool, they do work but I`m not sure its worth the effort... 65-70% of your braking is up front ( I bet you know that already) and the rears wont wear much ,nor help much..... the biggest benefit to me on modern cars is that its easier to replace the dics pads than brake linings...other than that, I guess I`m too much old school...= if its not broken ,don't fix it... But , I`m sure someone has done the conversion, even though most cases I think the ones doing it are the ones with drum all around.
