I know some states have laws about this, but Joe said it already...If you have an original "400" and replace both full rear quarters, full floor, new fenders, repro 400 hood, deck lid, trunk floor, front valance...what is the difference if you just find a "donor" car? I think I remember reading an article from one of the latest issues of either High Performance Pontiac or Pontiac Enthusiast about a Judge. The article mentioned they found and used a lemans donor car...so was that illegal? Depends on the State I guess.
