It`s wrong & should be illegal.
As soon as the VIN ( Vehicle Identifacation) is removed , that car does not
exist any more. ( in my opinion)
My brother paid 20k for a very rare `R` code Mustang shell , becouse it had
the right numbers,
He is going to build it from just the shell to orignal specs.
And it will be a genuine restored `70 super cobra jet with a drag pack.
When he has finished.

Hey guys, someone just posted a rear TA spoiler,and then a rusty
original
TA body on craigslist. 1500 each. all vins cut out.. says he rebodied
another 69 firebird into a TA . I have his number.. told him it was
illegal,he
says he did nothing wrong. both came down the same line.. someday someone
will buy this car,thinking its a real TA. I want to turn him in, whats
the
best way to do so?? he has both cars in his possession right now.. Larry
