First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List

I'm with the allowing a rebody and use as much of the original car as
possible, the only thing we have not discussed is that the "donor" car
could have been stolen and the identity of the TA put in it's place.

But we all have a different take on it and it's interesting, what makes
my car 400HO 4 speed convertible reasonably rare? Is it the engine, the
body, the gearbox, the VIN or just a combination of all?

.
It`s wrong & should be illegal.

As soon as the VIN ( Vehicle Identifacation) is removed , that car does
not exist any more. ( in my opinion)

My brother paid 20k for a very rare `R` code Mustang shell , becouse it
had the right numbers, He is going to build it from just the shell to
orignal specs.
And it will be a genuine restored `70 super cobra jet with a drag pack.
When he has finished.
