Had the opportunity to do some work on an 1130 that was being used to
run a paper mill. LOTS of fun :-). You sure can't hide behind what
passes for a desktop these days :-).

Lovely, that makes me happy :-)! I've played around with a few scooters
in m$ and they are really fun little birds.

Yes, it was, I seem to remember something that was text based (shrouded
in the mists of time now :-). I got a C-64 but never got very far with
it, I wanted a disk for it and someone invited me over to check out his
- he had a slot cut in the top with a screw/pointer and label taped to
the top of the case to be able to recover files (flick screw, try load,
flick screw, try load, flick screw, Ahhhh :-), I decided to just go the
apple route :-).

Yes, it certainly would! The best helo I have seen so far was xplane,
but the rest of that (outside of the flight model) held no promise that
I could see and with Austin going crazy for eye candy, I just did't
persue it further (another closed source project, with all the benefits
thereof :-).

Of course I have to give credit where due and m$ and Austin (and others)
have lead me to FG, so it was ultimately a good thing :-).

I love fixed wing (it does fly, even if the wings are stuck ;-), but for
me helos are the challenge and the real fun. Perhaps I'll be able to do
something that will aid in getting them into FG!

> Welcome to the project and thank you for the interesting intro!

Thank you Sir, I am sure I am going to have fun with it - even more when
I get it running (starting to suffer withdrawal atm ;-).

Thanks & take care, Vikki.
