Speaking of which... I've yielded to temptation, and took flying
lessons. I've now got a license to fly one of these cool toys:
        http://www.comco-ikarus.de/
(click on the C42; their website sucks eggs).

Apologies for missing the mention of the first solo here. Hah, and for
all that money I didn't even get to keep the plane after the course!
:-)

There should be an EULA dialog in FlightGear:

By clicking "Sure", I agree that I accept any risks, be they
financially or otherwise, associated with running FlightGear,
including but not limited to developing a desire to obtain a
pilot license and/or otherwise attempt powered flight.
        It could become very expensive.
                                                [No way] [Sure]

Anyway, obviously I'd like to fly a C42 in FlightGear if weather doesn't
allow flying a real one. Does anyone know of a freely available model of
a C42, or anything that's close enough to it? The good folks at Comco
are going to kill me over this, but something close like the Rainbow
Cheetah would do me just fine :-)

Cheers,

If the only tool you've got is an axe, every problem looks like fun!
