I think this should be for KSFO: $FG_ROOT/Airports/Data/K/KS/KSFO.xml The Data/ dir name is a bit ugly, as all in $FG_ROOT is data, after all. I wouldn't mind using something else. I just don't want to dump everything on the top level. The K/KS/ directory speeds up file access. The name isn't terribly hard to create. The second level "KS" wouldn't be necessary at the moment. But if the DB grows, then we might need it, so better start with that already. And that way all French airports end up in $FG_ROOT/Airports/Data/L/LF/, which isn't too bad, either.
