Hi Ron, I will google AC3D tonight after work and give it a try. I'm sure Blender is very powerful in the right hands (and mind). I want to be producing not spending hours learning a new interface. I've been learning enough new things over that last year that have just clicked. FGFS, FGSD, TaxiDraw, Map Atlas, FGTools etc all of which I find intuative.

Thanks for the opinion Ron
Cheers

Have to agree with Dene,

Blender is not easy to learn. I've played with 3D for years
(Brilliance, Cinema4D, 3DSMax, Poser, and some OpenGL programming) but
blender confuses me to no end... I spent a few hours with it, but
learning a new interface/3D mind set isn't where I want to spend my
time...

I recently downloaded AC3D, and started to get some work done. :)
Did a simple ferris wheel model, took some instruments out of the
Citation-II for use in the T-38, and started a model of the F4
Phantom-II. See some screen shots here: http://www.jentronics.com/fgfs/
