Speaking of "misinterpretations", your repeated "we at groklaw" phrasings seem to suggest you have a strong desire to give us the impression you're quite a big shot over there. Out of curiosity, I did a sitewide search for your name, and came up with nothing, except for four mail threads, all from 2004. So, what exactly is your standing at groklaw? You, of all people, should be the least worried about legal issues. After all these years of noisifying our mailinglists, I still haven't seen a single contribution from you in terms of actual code, models, textures, or the like.
