..I agree it should be irrelevant. The worst part is, knowing the truth
is still not enough, as I said earlier, facts are not needed, _any_ shit
story can be built from a few quotes from anyone of us, that and a
little bit of money will do, to start and then settle a lawsuit to drain
money off us. Any good lawyer can tell you that, only he's gonna be
far more expensive than me.

..and this thread had piccavalo defend me instead of the project, which
tells me a web page on these litigation risks, may be better. Hum.

..aye, I hear you loud 'n clear. Nothing this year, except maybe a
coupla web pages. In 2007 I _need_ to get my gasifier and my other
hardware modelled to get a viable living going, I'll use brlcad and can
actually use FG for parts of this.
Then I _wanna_ do proper formation flight modelling, takes modelling
downwash too, I think I have the tools and time I need now to do what
I dragged Dene and a few more into last summer, I can see 4 nice viable
business launches at KOSH but they all needs to be done _right_.

Scenarios always come in sets of three:
best case, worst case, and just in case.
