Bruce,
        unfortunately Protel does not have a public bug list therefore we
have no way of assuring there is any particular item on their bug list. 'We'
cannot even be sure that they have a formal internal bug list. Simply report
it and pray that something is done. Pray that you even get a response other
then their auto-attendant reply, I typically have to chase them for some
response that they received or acknowledge my reports. I am still waiting on
one issue reported in Dec 00, no word, no enquiries for further details, co
confirmation, no acknowledgement, just the original auto-attendant reply.
