Hi Matt,

I did a complete power-down and reboot between uninstallion and
reinstallation.
Past experience with Microsoft has taught me that its a quick and simple
precaution to take.

The DDBs open OK on the other Protel-enabled PC in the office. So I'm
pretty certain that the DDBs themselves are in good health.

I did find that a number of files and the complete directory structure
were left on the hard disk after uninstalling. I'm wondering now if there
was something left behind that is still upsetting things. I now intend to
uninstall again and delete anything I can find with Explorer that has
anything to do with Protel99SE before a reinstall. I'll keep my fingers
crossed.

Thanks for the input,

LINDEN DOYLE
