Yes this has been reported before - most recently sometime in Feb 01 I
think. And Protel are aware of it. I even thought that it was in the bug
database but I seem to have overlooked it - I have just remedied
this. There is an oblique reference to it in David Cary's FAQ but it is
not explicit in the sense that the FAQ does not state that Protel offer the
option for relief polygon connections for vias but the pour does not obey
the setting. The workaround is to convert the vias to pads and update the
rule to refer to pads.
