Dear David,
I have indeed double checked that the pin (and associated via) is connected to the
proper net. Who do you have that looks at possible bugs? I would be more than happy
to send the file to someone else to have a look at this problem.

Weird. Did you double-click on that power pin (in the PCB editor) and make sure
it had the correct net ? This sounds like something you need to show to one of
the people that have volunteered to look at possible bugs.
