Hi Abhishek, Well the case in our deployment was actually just opposite The default lts.conf had not vertical and horizontal refresh rates defined so the default configuration caused the monitors to blank out. I had to manually uncomment the lines X_MODE_0 and X_MODE_1 with the refresh rates defined to make it work.
About the Ctrl + Alt + f2 not working, you have to uncomment #SCREEN_02 before it works Hope it works out.
