hello abhishek,
u seem to have much troubled by LTSP. trust me, LTSP is never this
problematic.. especially, K12 is such a fine tuned distro for LTSP..

could u post ur /etc/exports and /etc/resolv.conf file?

u may further want to check the network cable.. monitoring /var/log/messages
file may also help..
