I agree with Bibek. Just FYI-
FOSSians => brainstorm => ideas => project plan => implementation.

Rather it seems to me, its like this:
Bunch of people => brainstorm => ideas => more ideas => more ideas => full of 
ideas! => ZERO implementation.
