hey all, Plans are really impressive and realistic as well, great job dude.
Coming into the point of plans and policies, I think we should target young school kids at one hand and enterprises at other. *The biggest flop of FOSS in Nepal came in Enterprises.* For example in Kathmandu University we tried convert all of lab system to GNU/Linux Operating System and only reason everybody opposed us was we will use GNU/Linux Operating System over here but will we get job using FOSS, we said you will surely but we all know that the domain is too narrow in comparison, its fact. On the other hand, as european countries do, build from grassroots. Lets Use kids to promote FOSS. The issue of hierarchy should be never there, but I agree with prabin dai because last wednesday there are a meeting and I guess people who went to that meeting were the same brunch of people, this proves everyone is invited but only those bunch of people were there. We cant oppose these bunch of people because they are really doing a great job and hats off to all the guys. But the problem is "new FOSSians finds no place in there" thats not my view but views of new FOSSians. And its somewhat true but everybody should understand the concept of community is everyone can contribute(small and big ways), and FOSS-nepal have never opposed to people working for them, they are always kind and supportive.
