That's all said well and good. But we must seek the answer as to why only handful of 667 members (I can understand some of them are not humans... anyway..) never post on this list. We must have a way to identify & resolute that and then let them speak up what their qualms are (if any). Building up community takes time and is hard work especially true of Nepal where lot of people are not hooked up to internet 24x7 yet. But why so many dormant people in this list is beyond apprehension. Moreover, there are absolutely no technical discussion held these days. This list started off as small and fun way to share ideas and promote opensource in Nepal but now its become a list where people hardly even talk about Linux. Its more about FOSS (the whole "umbrella") and how to govern it aka the ugly politics side of it which SUCKS btw. Just reiterating here but brainstorming is only as good as the brainstormer (i.e they log it somewhere such as wiki, journals, post etc). Setting a plan is a COMMITMENT; a commitment to be able to wake up everyday and devote time to it (could be 5 minutes/1hr whatever...) and is definitely not a ONCE OFF thing (i.e., one doesn't just join in one day and set plans and disappear the next day).
