Hello all,
my two cents on the matter,

Since we rely on the wiki so much, we should have a proper set of
guidelines on a wiki that would help someone spawn a new FOSS Community in
a place, make it easier for them to name it and also have everything in a
democratic fashion.

But, I agree with the points raised above by Avash, and they make sense for
us to make sure we belong to a bigger united community. We name it FOSS so
that we can stay connected to the whole global community, thus not named
Bleh! ;)

It would also make us to use FOSS Nepal, Kathmandu so that no one has an
identity crisis that FOSS Nepal is just of Kathmandu. Thus, a proper
virtual hierarchy.

Regards,
Avinash
