Hello to all,
A start of great question indeed and every time I defend it to my local
buddies like this.
1. FOSS Nepal is a Nepal wise community but working inside ktm only (What
other see from outside valley: comments are welcome)
2. FOSS Nepal focuses lobbying on Central bureaucracy System of Nepal to
adapt foss and has achieve a lot and there is a lot to do as well.
3. FOSS Nepal is not an organization like Chamber of Commerce who should
have franchise or branches or chapters what I understand. If guidelines are
created and FOSS Nepal from KTM only becomes single entity then other will
have the nature of waiting for support and logistics, not becoming
initiative on any community format events.
4. FOSS Community inside Nepal could be established by any one with the
FOSS guidelines to follow, with freedom and self motivated leadership.
Other community are welcome for create, share and collaborate.
It could seem a clumsy or an improper web of community but every one come
with their ideas of working and collaboration and initiatives. We don't
want forceful initiative. If chitwan has its own community, foss chitwan
will not supress any of communities inside chitwan district. And Naming
Chitwan means is not that all other communities should be under the foss
chitwan. every other communities are independent.

5. For Logo: Let the community do what they like FOSS Nepal lekheko arko na
aoos, tesma ratnapark, mitrapark, gausala, kavre, iom, tu, hseb, bsccsit,
bca, rhino, crocodile, dumre, annapurna ..... j lekhera aye pani foss
activity huncha bhane accepted. Nepal bhari ko community lai comment garna
choot cha. FOSS Community ma ayeko le technology usage ma foss ko tool use
garcha ki nai bhanne kura ho ra flosshophy lai promote garcha ki nai bhanne
kura pani ho, I have also found many that they are proud to be Foss
activist but parallellely proud to be MSP too. Dual boot haru.

Serious apology for rough english translation of my feelings in Nepali.
