I think it will be a good idea for FOSS Nepal be a central umbrella for all the independent FOSS communities around the country. It can keep a record of all the FOSS Communities and can act as a communication channel between them. Also, on certain occasions the communities can come together, through FOSS Nepal, for conduction of grand events.
