Colleagues,
A client is seeing the following problem:
- FrameMaker 12, fully patched, Windows 7, full Acrobat.
- Document uses Helvetica font. Font pane shows all document fonts are
available and in use (i.e., FrameMaker is not substituting any fonts).
- File>Save as PDF -- FrameMaker document reflows on-screen, with
Helvetica replaced by Times New Roman. Generated PDF uses Times New
Roman instead of Helvetica. (FrameMaker screen display refreshes and
reverts back to Helvetica).
I'm baffled. I have yet to investigate:
- Missing "legal to embed" flag in client's Helvetica font?
- Corrupted Acrobat Distiller settings?
I would be grateful for any other ideas.
