I am not sure what you mean by "being ok". If you mean that it compiles
into a version that produces the right output, I cannot check (I'd need
time to download, compile, test.... I don't have an already compilation, as
I never did that before).
If you mean that the file has strange characters on the web, it does NOT.
If you mean that it is a full translation, it is not. There are MANY
untranslated lines.

Yeah, it is that T-like character that appears in front of the Ñ and the
diacritic characters.

As for the spaces between a measurement and unit: I would opt for a space
too: you say  "5 min" and not "5min"
