Yes.

The latest version is at
https://github.com/shidel/fd-nls/blob/master/mem/nls/mem.es.UTF-8
<https://github.com/shidel/fd-nls/blob/master/mem/nls/mem.es.UTF-8>

Looking at that file, there a bunch of “FIXME: to be translated” lines
remaining.

Personally, I consider issues posted to the Developer mailings list as “Not bug
reports”. I think of it more of a pre-bug report. A place to say “Hey everyone.
Look at this. Is it a bug or am I wrong somehow”. Then once the issue is
discussed, it either get fixed or a bug report is then created elsewhere.

There is only one official place for tracking FreeDOS specific bugs on projects
that are not actively maintained. For those projects that are actively
maintained elsewhere, there are links to the developers site and users are
encouraged to report issues at that official site for that project.
See http://freedos.org/bugs/ <http://freedos.org/bugs/>

As for user reports that go unanswered for days, weeks or months at a time, not
much can be done about it. That has been a problem for a very long time. It
just requires more of the FreeDOS community to look at and answer them.
