If you can modify the source and compile it YES, and I would heavily appreciate. But rather than scroll brew 2 gfx screens, 1 with text and 1 with video, and switch them. Also, all text should go into 1 stream (rather than "stdout" "stderr" "stdtrouble" ...) and allow to save it COMPLETE.
