I was able to test FreeDV in my XP Virtual machine. There arn't any DV
signals right now but clicking the "analog" button and tuning to a SSB QSO
I can hear the conversation so my assumption at this point is that it is
working.
Now the remaining problem of figuring out what's causing the error on
exit... I assume it's some sort of DLL needed for deconstructors which is
why it only causes an error on exit...
