Well I don't see how it would fix the problem but one thing I've noticed
about my builds for Windows is that I'm not linking against portaudiocpp,
just portaudio. I tried rebuilding portaudio with the c++ binding support
but it fails due to ASIO missing even though it's disabled in ./configure.
To try and work around that I'm building ASIO to see if I can get a good
portaudiocpp build. I don't have high hopes that this will fix the problem
though. If the library was really needed I would expect the build to have
failed in the first place.
