Hi guys - a selectable setting in Fusion would be a great idea for the future. Maybe I'm missing something, but for now, couldn't you set up a batch process from the advanced tab in Acrobat to Optimize the PDFs and flatten the transparency? Set up a quick and easy batch process using the PDF Optimizer output settings as desired, put all your PDFs in a folder, run the batch on the folder. -kim
