I have found a fix. It seems to be an issue between Indesign CS2 and fusion pro. When I use CS1 there is no problem.
Here are the details Fusion Pro 3.1 and 4.1 with the same results. Creo HPPS v1.0 (have not tried v1.1 as it has other issues) Indesign CS2 Mac (This is where the problem seems to exist) Indesign CS1 Mac (Solved the issue) This is by no means a long term solution but rather a work around.
