Do you recall this problem you were having with the Static Elements
Dropping out when exporting from CS2?
Could you send me the file where this problem occurred and one where
the problem was fixed? Another engineer from CREO is working on this
problem on their RIP. I am trying to help them out by pin-pointing
the problem.

Here are the details
Fusion Pro 3.1 and 4.1 with the same results.
Creo HPPS v1.0 (have not tried v1.1 as it has other issues)
Indesign CS2 Mac (This is where the problem seems to exist)
Indesign CS1 Mac (Solved the issue)
This is by no means a long term solution but rather a work around. Any
more ideas to get CS2 to work would be appricated.
