The problem occurrence was an attempt to get a 2 GB USB thumb drive they had on sale. They kept sending me SD Flash cards. This occurred twice. Un- frickin-believable. The fact that you can't call them does not help. But I did manage to get someone with a brain who walked through the order and finally got me the thumb drive. It took over two weeks of haggling. That was my first purchase with them. But I have had no trouble since. Essentially one person high on meth, or whatever, can ruin a company's reputation. What's nice about Buy.com is their prices. But ALWAYS shop around on the net. I've found items that were $70 nearly everywhere then $50 on sale at one particular place, and the item shipped on time and was perfect when it arrived. The shop even asked me to fill out a customer satisfaction form afterward. Kewl deal. :-Derek =================== Derek Currie [EMAIL PROTECTED] =================== http://Mac-Security.blogspot.com http://MacSmarticles.blogspot.com http://zunipus.blogspot.com http://movies.groups.yahoo.com/group/dwaynecameronfanclub http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ymorare --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to Low End Mac's G-Books list, a group for those using G3 iBooks and PowerBooks (we run a separate list for G4 'Books).
