I agree with them being a good place to find deals. I've never had any issues with them. I did have one issue where the wireless card that they advertised had changed chip sets and it gave my issues under linux until I decided to check online. Sure enough there was support for the new version, but I had to select a different driver. These days that wouldn't be as much of an issue since most Linuxes can auto detect the wireless hardware.
