The USPS isn't perfect either. I got a box today that was crushed badly. The
item inside was fine though. And I have had many packages that my customers
had to complain to their local post offices before it was delivered. After
they do it all of sudden is found. The carriers are just too lazy to deliver
the packages until they are made to.
