I've not attempted to compile code in XCode and target PowerPC  
recently (as my newest PowerPC machine runs Panther), but the Snow  
Leopard XCode installer retains the option to install the 10.4 tool  
chain. It's optional extra though. As to what processors this  
supports, I don't know. It should be configurable in the project  
settings though, as it always used to be.
