Actually I'd describe it as "if you're not pushing it hard enough that it feels 
like it's going to break, you're not pushing hard enough."

Mine never 'Clicked' it only made this ominous "Creeeeakkkk" noise, and it felt 
like I was going to snap the logic board in half.

But everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY who ever works on one has done that 
"OhCrapIKilledIt!!!!" moment when they turn it on and nothing happens.
