Congratulations on your "new" Pismo! I know just how you feel... ;-)

Seating right the Pismo processor is actually a little tricky and not
very intuitive. Normally one handles all those parts very gingerly,
but seating a Pismo processor calls for pushing it HARD until it
CLICKS. The first few times I was very scared of breaking it, but then
I realized that the Pismo innards are so well designed that there's
practically no way of misaligning the CPU card.
