I would not neglect to consider phone extensions as well. If you use one
phone line for your internet connection are there any other extensions on
that line? Uplug them all. Any other phone lines into your house? Unplug
them also and see what happens. Another point is that you seem to ahev a lot
of gear close by and even if none of it is swithced on in the equipment
itself, if the power is switched on there may stll be a trickle of power
being used to keep some circuits alive. I would be inclined to not only
switch everything else off but to disconnect them from the wall sockets to
see if any effect.
