Bingo... You have a line going "up" on one monitor, and a line going "down" on the
other one?  Interference. Move the apart 24". Or get a cookie sheet or something
and place it in between the 2 to shield them.  I have this happen all the time at
my test stations.  I put 2 monitors too close together and there are 3mm grey
lines scrolling up on one and down on the other.
