RE: cool,it may be you have an external source of interference that sync's
with 60 hz,which is a common power source frequency,I was getting this until
I moved my montor a few more inches away from my wall,your mileage may vary
but your are on track,My mac itself is well sheilded but the transformer in
my battery backup is not,that was my culprit, best wishes
