DMS (data memory systems) has been around forever, and is a very, very
reliable source for RAM. So is otherworld computing, and some others.
It was and is apple-spec'd ram. :) I only buy from 3 places, but I try to
use DMS if at all possible, it's not a really lowballed no-name distributor
or manufacturer.
The tech I talked to told me he'd personally had problems with rev A's not
being able to go over 384, etc (3 128 meg dimms) which was why he had me try
it in a rev B.
